I really enjoyed the twin room, the efficient and competent staff, and the beautiful setting near a medieval castle.

The units are clean with terrace at the back.

Modern and huge rooms with a mini-fridge-bar, climate control and an individual safe. Hypoallergenic pillows, big bed. Particularly good and magnificent position in the very very nice area, so close to the oldtown Castello and Duomo, the historic centre of Ferrara and a lovely inner garden. Friendly services, good Wi-Fi.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is ideal, close to the city center, restaurants, and with a lovely interior garden, plus the Jewish Cemetery is nearby.

We had a comfortable stay at the Princess Art Hotel in Ferrara. the hotel has a marvelous and exceptionally nice location very close to the historic center of Ferrara. - the property is very close to designated areas such as Duomo and all the sights, restaurants, and museums. - the view from the suite was pleasant.

This place has a stunning design and is spotlessly clean, located in a really lovely area. the rooms offer great value, and they even have hypoallergenic pillows! 🌟

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to start off our day. The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk away from the city's historical center which allowed us to explore all the beautiful sights. the rooms were very clean and spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the newly renovated amenities.

It was set at a very high temperature, making our room uncomfortably warm during our stay. Despite constant attempts to get it fixed, nothing seemed to work.

The location was perfect, as it was close enough to easily reach the lively nightlife and historic center. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, making us feel truly pampered. We especially enjoyed the welcome drink, which was a nice touch. Our room had all the amenities we could ask for, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The in-room safe provided extra security for our belongings. The patio and garden furniture were perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in our room allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. The free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV were all appreciated touches.
